Don’t bother trying to complain to KEDS because nobody listens.
Not only does KEDS steal your money, but when you go and complain about it, the complaints department do absolutely nothing it. At the time they say they will let you know in 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks turned into 3 months and still nothing.
So going into the head office of KEDS, is a total waste of time as they do nothing at all. So next step try to contact them by email. Once again no response.
You move from one place with KEDS problems only to get a new set of problems with them somewhere else. There is no way to get away from this incompetent company.
When they first took over KEK they didn’t even have cable of equipment to repair a line break. Always ready to blame everyone else for their incompetence.
This is what happens when the corrupt government privatises resource companies.
