Albania gets 20 millions of dollars for housing mujahidin
Albania will welcome and 2 thousand more Mujahedeen, who are expected to leave the Camp Liberty where are housed the Iranian opposition.
According to Voice of America, to realize the project of relocation of the opposition Mujahedeen will spend 20 million US dollars.
“Albania during the past two years has received about one thousand Mujahedeen and is committed to taking the 2 thousand more.”
“Department official said that before launching Kerry visit in Tirana agreed not to speak publicly about the Mujahedin relocation because they remain a sensitive issue,” writes VOA.
“Voice of America” reports that the United States has helped Albania both from technical and monetary, through the United Nations, to increase capacity to accommodate the group that helped the United States in their military operations in the Middle East and in the fight against terrorism.
According to senior American aid goes to 20 million dollars, while US assistance in Albania lies also in the field of security and economic.
