An explosives expert will shed light on the dilemma whether the explosive found in bag Slobodan Gavriq was intended to carry a huge explosion in Pristina. I singled out as a terrorist who wanted to commit an act of terror in Pristina, Gavriq has asked the prosecution to clarify some of the evidence which is in his case.
At the hearing of 18 January, which was held under tight security, Gavriqit is explained that to him are stored 14 exhibits including some police and expert reports.

Gavriq was caught with 12 kilograms of explosives in December 2014 in Pristina after his car was stopped by police in “Arberia”.
According to the indictment, Gavriq had taken the explosives from Belgrade and was meant committing a terrorist act.
Gavriq consistently opposed the prosecution’s claim alleging that Gavriq he was only transporting explosives which he intended to sell.
Gavriq’s lawyer Dejan Vasic said he was disappointed after today’s court session.
“Previously we had to hear the expert which we laymen would explain to us how to make explosives are the ingredients, which are characteristics, and then enter the draw evidence dealing with own actions of the police who arrested Gavriq and irregularities of their other, “said Vasic.
Gavriqit trial to be held in the Basic Court of Pristina before a panel composed of local judges.
