Police respond to self-determination, he says only is implementing the law

It further says that the Kosovo Police as an institution of the rule of law guarantees all citizens of Kosovo that in addition to the duties and responsibilities that protect the Constitution of the Republic and the implementation of applicable laws, is active function law enforcement and public peace, guaranteeing freedom of movement, protection of life of citizens without discrimination and the protection of property.
