Government Extends Politicians Detention
The corrupt government of Kosovo continues to keep the opposition from doing their work by extending the house arrest of Albin Kurti until 17th February 2016. Kurti was arrested from the party headquarters on 28th November 2015. Since then many opposition leaders have been arrested, opposition offices raided and employees searched.
Police have also arrested employees and demonstrators. The latest, the arrest on the 26th December of Nol Nushi an employee of Vetevendosje, who has been detained for a month.
The government is only going to extend the demonstrations with their actions.
On the 23rd November 2015 a petition with 200,000 signatures, against the Brussels agreement was filed at the office of President Atifete Jahjaga, and that is where it stayed, totally ignored by the President who is biased in her support for the corrupt government.
The EU are constantly complaining that nothing is being done about corruption in Kosova, when the Hashim Thaci and Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, the two most corrupt politicians in the country were put in power and protected by the US. The public know there is no way for the country to move on while these two criminals are running the country. If that isn’t bad enough, Hashim Thaci is in line to be President in February, in a secret deal and given the blessing by his partner in crime Isa Mustafa. Atifete Jahjaga is commonly known as the President that came out of an envelope.
In layman’s terms, this is how the Government works: The US Ambassador tells the Prime Minister what he must do. He takes to the Parliament for the vote. The opposition fail to get it through. The President then takes it to the Constitutional Court, which then illegally changes the Constitution if need be and passes whatever it is and the US gets its way.
Now they have bypassed the opposition by arresting them on a daily basis.
The citizens of Kosovo have had enough of this corruption and the US protecting them. The next big demonstration is on the 9th January 2016 and are going to continue until Isa Mustafa stands down. The tone is changing towards the US in Kosovo, as a result of them supporting corruption.
