No 3rd Term for Thaci

Albin Kurti comes in an extraordinary press conference

Following our initiative yesterday to disable the new government of the old regime, a delegation VETËVENDOSJE! composed of Albin Kurti, chairman, Dardan Molliqaj, organizational secretary, and Visar Ymer, a member of the Presidency, met today with representatives and leaders LDK, AAK and the Initiative for Kosovo. Topic of these meetings has been impeding the creation of government Thaci 3, PDK. Representatives of all these entities have expressed decided not to go into coalition with Hashim Thaci and the PDK. This is very positive news after bad news that many PDK came in first in the elections.

Qualitative step three political entities, LDK, AAK and initiatives for Kosovo, have decided not to be in any way in coalition with PDK, and also agreed to have a joint candidate for prime minister.

VETËVENDOSJE! considers that priority over priorities in Kosovo is currently clear separation regime and the rule of Thaci and the Kosovo liberation from seizing state that has made corruption, organized crime, nepotism, sale of public assets and natural dependence bargaining with Serbia. This is the only way how we can create a democratic environment in the country that would put Kosovo on the path to progress.

Neither Serbia nor negotiations with wild privatization of public enterprises have not helped either state building institutional and territorial integrity of the country, economic development or growth of welfare of citizens. It is imperative that in Kosovo to have a significant change of course and policies of those who have seen the implementation so far. The next government, as the emergency government should suspend talks with Serbia and implementation of the Association of Serbian majority and the privatization of KEK, PTK Trepçë.

VETËVENDOSJE! The work will engage further to prevent the creation of government. In this direction will continue contacts with other political parties to discuss the modalities for this purpose. Also, commit to bring the Kosovo out of the hands of corruption and crime, as a precondition for any economic and democratic development in the country.
